Reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs & Steel Purchasing, the Project Digital Management Administrator plays a key role in project initiation as defined by the contract. In collaboration with the Project Digital Management Advisor and teams from various divisions, this role requires attention to detail and quick execution.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create new projects in the integrated Oracle system. 
• Gather the necessary information for project establishment based on client needs (value schedule) and the company's requirements (project costs).
• Ensure that digital contracts comply with legal documents as agreed between AGF and its clients.
• Reconcile quantities and amounts between estimates and the total value of contracts to establish billing rates and revenue for each task of the contract.
• Assist and support employees with the use of the platform
• Collaborate in the creation, dissemination, and adherence to procedures related to contract openings and change notices.
• Collaborate in the digital archiving of documents related to contracts (projects) and ensure compliance with established procedures and methodologies.
• Assist in the billing of projects arising from integrated projects.
• Any other administrative tasks.

General Skills

Qualifications: 

• 2 to 3 years experience in administration or relevant work experience 
• Excellent knowledge of the construction field a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
• Good understanding of sales, contract management and invoicing.
• You are passionate about information systems.
• You place a high priority on customer service.
• You love teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
• You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping priorities in focus.
