AGF – Rebar Inc. is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the production team in our Kitchener office.

About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with counter sales, providing exceptional service and support;
• Complete bid pre-qualifications efficiently and accurately;
• Serve as backup support for sales and estimating coordinators as needed;
• Maintain and generate comprehensive sales reports;
• Follow up on priced orders to ensure timely processing and delivery;
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing;
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

General Skills

About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment;
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong aptitude for understanding and communicating technical information to customers;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
