This is one of the largest mixed-use projects to be built in Laval. The brand new urban centre will be located in the heart of the city and will be directly linked to Montreal’s underground network through the Montmorency metro station.
It will consist of several dozen buildings—some up to 20 storeys high. There will be a wide variety of office space, cafés and restaurants, as well as a hotel, numerous residential units and green spaces.
