The Hebron Project is a stand-alone, reinforced concrete gravity-based structure (GBS) designed to withstand the weight of the topsides, icebergs, and meteorological and oceanographic conditions at the offshore Hebron Project Site.

The GBS will support the topsides for drilling and oil production, and its base will contain storage for more than one million barrels of crude oil.
