At AGF, innovation and the well-being of our employees are our top priorities. It is in this spirit that we are proud to announce 2 parallel pilot projects:
- 4 exoskeletons in Montreal;
- 1 exoskeleton in Ottawa;
- 5 exoskeletons in Ontario.
Thanks to Biolift for supporting us in these ongoing improvements.
Soter Analytics is also helping us to prevent back and shoulder injuries among our Ontario workers.
Why Exoskeletons?
Exoskeletons are a major technological advancement in workplace health and safety. Here are some key benefits:
Reduction of Physical Fatigue: Exoskeletons reduce the muscle effort required to perform heavy physical tasks. As a result, our employees feel less fatigue, even after a long day of work.
Reduced Physical Fatigue:
Exoskeletons reduce the muscle effort needed for heavy tasks. This means our employees feel less tired, even after a long day.
Injury Prevention:
By supporting movements and reducing strain on the body, exoskeletons help prevent common musculoskeletal injuries.
Improved Comfort:
The ergonomics of exoskeletons enhance worker comfort on the job site, allowing them to work in less strenuous positions.
Improved Comfort:
Exoskeleton is a portable, comfortable and lightweight structure that reduces the muscular effort of your back when working on the floor or in a bent posture.
