Did you know that, to do so, the Charter requires companies with 100 or more employees to undertake a francization process and to create a francization committee?<\/p>\n<p>\nIn the past, AGF successfully completed all the steps in the francization process and obtained its francization certificate.<\/p>\n<p>\nHowever, receiving this certificate from the Office qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de la langue fran\u00e7aise does not mean there is no longer any need to improve the situation and the quality of French in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>\nAfter obtaining the certificate, the committee members must ensure that:<br \/>\n\u2022 the establishment of French as the language of work is genuine and lasting;<br \/>\n\u2022 the company prepares and submits a report on the state of French every three years.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe francization committee, which meets every six months, provides information to other staff members. It ensures that the use of French is widespread and makes the appropriate recommendations to management.
