The challenge was to find a solution that would enable a dozen workers to move around on the roof\u2019s surface without risk of falling. The constraints on the roof were such that we were unable to use traditional anchoring methods. To develop a safe procedure, the engineering department worked with Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec and Couvertures Victo 2 000. The AGF Du-For Trois-Rivi\u00e8res team installed more than 2,500 feet of steel cable that encircled the 450-foot-long building lengthwise and crosswise.
