Laurent was one of my closest collaborators,&nbsp;and I appreciated tremendously his human and&nbsp;professional qualities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Laurent was a world class expert in reinforcing steel, an accomplished organizer, a clever strategist and a leader much appreciated by his team.
