Some of our business units have merged so we can continue to provide our customers with service that meets their expectations and responds to market growth, as well as enhancing operational efficiency and efficacy.  <\/p>\n

Here is a summary of the name changes:  <\/p>\n

  1. AGF-Raymond Rebar Inc. in Ottawa has merged with AGF Steel Inc. in Longueuil and is now known as Acier AGF inc. (division Ottawa)\/AGF Steel Inc. (Ottawa Division) <\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. AGF – Albrecht Inc., AGF – Dietrich Inc. and AGF – DMC Inc. have merged to form AGF – Rebar Inc. and are known respectively as AGF – Rebar Inc. (Albrecht Division)<\/strong>, AGF – Rebar Inc. (Dietrich Division) <\/strong>and AGF – Rebar Inc. (DMC Division) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This corporate change is aimed at consolidating the resources and expertise of local teams.  <\/p>\n

    Please note that all documents issued by the above-mentioned companies must bear their new legal name. <\/p>\n

    Fusiones, cuestión de eficiencia y eficacia<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Para poder continuar proporcionándoles a nuestros clientes servicios a la altura de sus expectativas y del crecimiento del mercado, y con para obtener una eficacia operacional y eficiencia, algunas de nuestras unidades de negocios se han fusionado.<\/p>\n

    A continuación le presentamos un pequeño resumen para aclarar el cambio de nombres:<\/p>\n
