It was an emotional day for Robert, who celebrated his birthday that same day. To mark the occasion, he was presented with a souvenir photo signed by everyone on the team.<\/p>\n<p>Robert was first hired at&nbsp;Gendron Steel in 1980. We will all miss his anecdotes, cheerful mood and straightforwardness&mdash;not to mention his legendary brown sugar fudge.<\/p>\n<p>We wish him a retirement full of fantastic adventures, accompanied by his wife, Raymonde!<\/p>\n<h2>Robert&rsquo;s Brown Sugar Fudge<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2\/3 c. butter<br \/>\n2 c. brown sugar<br \/>\n&frac34; c. 35% cream<br \/>\n2 c. icing sugar<br \/>\noptional: 1 tsp. vanilla extract, &frac12; c. nuts<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Microwave the butter, brown sugar and cream on high for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Stir three times (at 3 min., 3 min. and 4 min.)<\/li>\n<li>Let stand for 5 minutes (important!).<\/li>\n<li>Add the icing sugar. Fue un d&iacute;a lleno de emoci&oacute;n para Robert, quien tambi&eacute;n celebraba su cumplea&ntilde;os ese d&iacute;a. Para la ocasi&oacute;n, recibi&oacute; como recuerdo un cuadro autografiado por todo el equipo.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Sylvain fue contratado en Acier Gendron por primera vez en 1980&hellip; Las an&eacute;cdotas, el buen humor, la candidez y el legendario <em>sucre &agrave; la cr&egrave;me<\/em> de este veterano nos har&aacute;n falta a todos.<\/p>\n<p>&iexcl;Le deseamos a Robert una jubilaci&oacute;n llena de aventuras extraordinarias en compa&ntilde;&iacute;a de su c&oacute;nyuge Raymonde!<\/p>\n<h2>Receta del <em>sucre &agrave; la cr&egrave;me<\/em> de Robert<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8532; de taza de mantequilla<br \/>\n2 tazas de az&uacute;car morena<br \/>\n&frac34; de taza de crema 35%<br \/>\n2 tazas de az&uacute;car glas<br \/>\nOpcional: 1 cdta. de vainilla, &frac12; taza de nuez<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cocer la mantequilla, el az&uacute;car morena y la crema 10&nbsp;minutos en el microondas a temperatura elevada (HI)<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar en tres tiempos (3&nbsp;min., 3&nbsp;min., 4&nbsp;min.)<\/li>\n<li>Reposar durante 5&nbsp;min. (&iexcl;Importante!)<\/li>\n<li>A&ntilde;adir 2 tazas de az&uacute;car glas.
