Dear friends,<\/p>\n

In recent months. AGF<\/strong> Group <\/strong>has restructured its organization, centralizing it and aligning it with our strategic plan. I’m pleased to present this new structure:<\/p>\n

Vincent Dequoy, Eng. is responsible for the AGF Access<\/strong> Group, <\/strong>including the following divisions: Hydro Mobile (including the Hydro Rents branches in the US), AGF Accès (in Quebec), AGF Access (Ontario, Nova Scotia and Michigan), AGF Access Rocky Mountains (Alberta, British Columbia) and Winsafe (Ontario);<\/p>\n

Maxime Gendron, Eng. supervises our AGF – Rebar<\/strong> subsidiary. It includes the steel divisions in Ontario: AGF – Albrecht, AGF – Dietrich and AGF – DMC.  Maxime also oversees the activities of AGF – C&T;<\/p>\n

Sylvain Vaillancourt, vice-president, Steel, is responsible for our operations in Longueuil<\/strong> and Ottawa, <\/strong>as well as the AGF – C&T Rebar <\/strong>subsidiary in Alberta<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

Gabriel Bonin, Eng., vice-president, Steel, oversees the Ecan<\/strong> divisions in Quebec City, ATR<\/strong> inTrois-Rivières, as well as filiales AGF Steel NL<\/strong> in Newfoundland and Labrador, AGF – Olympic<\/strong> in New  Brunswick and Armature Sherbrooke.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Internationally:<\/p>\n

Gabriel Bonin, Eng., supervises operations in the Middle East: <\/strong>Qatar, the UAE and Kuwait;<\/p>\n

André Morin, Eng., vice-chair of the board, will continue to oversee the subsidiaries in Martinique and Guadeloupe<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

Serge Gendron, Eng., FIC, manages the subsidiaries in Latin<\/strong> America: <\/strong>Costa Rica, Chile, Peru and Ecuador.<\/p>\n

I sincerely believe this structure will give us more latitude, as well as strengthening accountability among my colleagues. It will contribute to encouraging the Group’s development and ensuring its continued success: it’s why I come in to work every morning!<\/p>\n

Estructura aligerada en Grupo AGF<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Estimados amigos:<\/p>\n

Durante los últimos meses, el Grupo AGF<\/strong> ha procedido a una reorganización de su estructura para descentralizarla y al mismo tiempo alinearla con nuestro plan estratégico. A continuación, les presento la nueva estructura:<\/p>\n

La filial Groupe AGF Accès<\/strong> está presidida por Vincent Dequoy, Ing., y reagrupa las divisiones: Hydro Mobile (incluyendo las sucursales Hydro Rents en EE. UU.), AGF Accès (en Quebec), AGF Access (Ontario, Nueva Escocia, Michigan), AGF Access Rocky Mountains (Alberta, Colombia Británica) y Winsafe (Ontario).<\/p>\n

La filial AGF-Rebar<\/strong> está presidida por Maxime Gendron, Ing. Reagrupa las divisiones de acero de Ontario: AGF-Albrecht, AGF-Dietrich y AGF-DMC. Maxime supervisa igualmente las actividades de la filial AGF-C&T.<\/p>\n

En lo que concierne a nuestras actividades internacionales:<\/p>\n

Gabriel Bonin, Ing., supervisa las actividades del Medio-Oriente<\/strong>, es decir Qatar, Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Kuwait.<\/p>\n

André Morin, Ing., Vicepresidente-Consejo, continúa ocupándose de las filiales en Martinica y Guadalupe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Serge Gendron, Ing., FEC, dirige las filiales en América Latina<\/strong>, es decir Costa Rica, Chile, Perú y Ecuador.<\/p>\n

Creo sinceramente que esta estructura no sólo expande la latitud, sino también refuerza la responsabilidad de mis colaboradores. Va a contribuir a favorecer el desarrollo del Grupo y a asegurar su constancia; ¡es por eso que voy a la oficina todas las mañanas!<\/p>\n
