We decided to address the topic of the customer approach, since our supervisors work on our customers&rsquo; sites and, as such, are our representatives in the field. I would like to congratulate Tammy for this initiative. It&rsquo;s a great idea to make employees aware of this approach, since it&rsquo;s all about effective relations. The training session also covered our internal customers; they represent our internal relations, and we need to be sure we are performing effectively. Note that this session was mandatory for all personnel working in health and safety. Tammy, who has had already taken the training session, also teaches it to ensure our teams are effective, in collaboration avec Daniel Matte and Dominic Samson.&nbsp;Kudos to the Alberta team for this initiative!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-1958.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Capacitaci&oacute;n sobre el servicio centrado en el cliente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durante mi m&aacute;s reciente visita a Alberta, a AGF &#8211; C&amp;T Rebar, nuestra asesora en salud y seguridad Tammy Goodwin me pidi&oacute; que la acompa&ntilde;ara a dar una capacitaci&oacute;n dirigida a todos los supervisores y superintendentes en el lugar. Hemos elegido hablar del servicio centrado en el cliente, ya que nuestros supervisores trabajan en las empresas de nuestros clientes y al mismo tiempo son representantes en el terreno. Quiero felicitar a Tammy Goodwin por esta iniciativa. En efecto, es una buena idea sensibilizar a los empleados sobre el servicio centrado en el cliente, ya que se trata de nuestra eficacia con nuestros clientes. Esta capacitaci&oacute;n tambi&eacute;n trataba sobre los clientes internos, lo que representa las relaciones internas entre nosotros para poder actuar de manera eficaz. Debo precisar que esta capacitaci&oacute;n es obligatoria para todo el personal que trabaja en salud y seguridad.
