I would like to see this culture of innovation become an integral part of AGF&rsquo;s DNA.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, I am announcing that we are creating an Innovation Department, which will be headed by Mr Farah-Lajoie, to coordinate improvement and innovation initiatives in the Steel sector across Canada. He will be assisted by a resource we are currently recruiting, and an Innovation Committee, whose task will be to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prioritize innovation projects;<\/li>\n<li>provide support to internal resource people to ensure the timely implementation of innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can&#8217;t&nbsp;stop progress!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-1970.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Creaci&oacute;n de un departamento nuevo: Innovaci&oacute;n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El nombramiento de Pierre Farah-Lajoie, Ing., como Vicepresidente, Planificaci&oacute;n Estrat&eacute;gica, Innovaci&oacute;n y Proyectos Especiales, anunciada el septiembre pasado, forma parte de la perspectiva de ser m&aacute;s eficaces en nuestras operaciones cotidianas, al buscar las mejores pr&aacute;cticas de negocios. Esto es crucial para garantizar nuestra competitividad. Deseo que esta cultura de innovaci&oacute;n permanezca en el ADN de AGF.<\/p>\n<p>Con este fin, les anuncio la creaci&oacute;n del Departamento de Innovaci&oacute;n, a cargo de Pierre Farah-Lajoie, quien coordinar&aacute; todos los proyectos de mejoramiento o de innovaci&oacute;n del sector de Acero en Canad&aacute;.
