In March, my colleague Eugenio Cerdas and I had the opportunity to visit our parent company and the AGF Division in Ottawa, and I can tell you it was an amazing experience to be met with such warmth and unconditional support, right from our first contact with the reception. I would like to thank Christian and Annick for inviting us, and Stéphanie, Gabrielle, George, Suzzane, Catherine, María Eugenia, Marck and all those who helped make our visit memorable.<\/p>\n

While in Ottawa, I was able to get better acquainted with Human Resources? Or with the people who work there? and with our parent company. I also completed training in Atman Test and benefitted from the support and advice of seasoned professionals in a variety of situations.<\/p>\n

I must say that during my trip, I experienced temperatures of -11, -8, -2 °C for the first time in my life (what we think of as cold in Costa Rica cannot compare to that in Canada!). It was also my first experience with snow! I made my first snowman (he wasn’t much to look at, but it’s the thought that counts) and had my first snowball fight. You have no idea how much fun it was!  But that’s not all! AGF Ottawa had a wonderful surprise in store for me: my first time ever at a hockey game—and I loved it! We held our breath during the overtime and the penalty calls.<\/p>\n

I enjoyed every minute of my trip, which reminded me why I want to continue to be part of the AGF team. I look forward to the opportunity of repeating this experience soon. You can rest assured that AGF CR has a first-rate team that is always à la recherche de sa destination??  and you can always call on Silvia Castro and his entire team if you need anything. <\/p>\n

All that’s left to say is THANKS SO MUCH and GO SENS GO!<\/p>\n

¡Lo prometido es deuda!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

El pasado mes de marzo tuve la gran oportunidad y experiencia de visitar, junto con mi compañero Eugenio Cerdas, nuestra matriz y la división de AGF Ottawa, y puedo decirles que fue una experiencia maravillosa el compartir con ustedes, y confirmar ese gran calor humano y ese apoyo incondicional que desde el primer contacto con recepción nos dieron. Agradezco de corazón a Christian y a Annick por la invitación que me hicieron, a Stéphanie, Gabrielle, George, Suzzane, Catherine, María Eugenia, Marck y a todos quienes de una u otra forma hicieron de la estadía en Canadá, una gran vivencia.<\/p>\n

Este viaje me permitió tener un contacto más cercano con Recursos Humanos y la matriz, capacitarme en Atman Test, y poder contar con el apoyo y los consejos de tan grandes profesionales ante las diferentes situaciones planteadas.<\/p>\n

Tengo que confesarles además que, durante este viaje a Canadá, tuve por primera vez el contacto con temperaturas de -11, -8, -2 °C (¡el frío en Costa Rica no tiene comparación con el de Canadá!). ¡También fue mi primera experiencia con la nieve! Hice mi primer muñeco de nieve (no quedó muy lindo pero la intención es lo que cuenta)… ¡y mi primera guerra de nieve también! No saben cuánto lo disfruté. Pero eso no es todo… como gran detalle y sorpresa de parte de AGF Ottawa, por primera vez fui a un partido de hockey<\/em> ¡y me encantó! ¡Casi nos dejan sin respiración el tiempo extra y los penales!<\/p>\n

Puedo decir que valoré cada minuto del viaje y me hizo recordar por qué quiero seguir formando parte del equipo AGF. Ojalá pueda pronto volver a vivir esta gran experiencia. No duden que en AGF CR hay un gran equipo buscando siempre el norte y que pueden contar siempre con Silvia Castro y todo el equipo AGF CR para lo que necesiten siempre.<\/p>\n

¡No me queda más que decir MIL GRACIAS y… GO SENS GO!!!<\/p>\n
