This summer, a survey was sent to all AGF Group employees to evaluate their perceptions of our internal newsletter. <\/p>\n

We received 242 replies  (thank you!) from our readers.  A number of trends emerged from their responses: <\/p>\n

• Keen interest<\/strong>: the vast majority of our readers appreciate the information that is being shared. In terms of the navigation structure, several people suggested a small change (classification by date or category) to make it easier to read. Here is a little tip that should help: <\/p>\n

• Diversity<\/strong>: our readers would like to learn more about services and projects in our Scaffolding and Access sector. <\/p>\n

• Correction<\/strong>: it appears that, because of a technical change, some people were no longer receiving The Network. <\/p>\n

We are in the process of examining all the responses in greater detail so we can do a follow-up and satisfy our readers as much as possible. We also had the idea of holding a focus group for a more concrete discussion of the changes to be made. <\/p>\n

Este verano, todos los empleados de Grupo AGF recibieron una invitación para participar en un sondeo para analizar su percepción sobre nuestro boletín interno.<\/p>\n

Recibimos 242 respuestas (¡gracias!) de parte de nuestros lectores. Estos resultados demuestran varias tendencias:<\/p>\n

Un interés evidente: La información compartida es apreciada por la gran mayoría de nuestros lectores. En cuanto a la estructura de navegación, varios sugirieron un pequeño cambio (clasificación por fecha o por categoría) para facilitar la lectura. A continuación le presentamos una pequeña astucia que responde a esta necesidad:<\/p>\n

Diversidad<\/strong>: A nuestros lectores les gustaría ver más noticias sobre nuestros servicios y nuestros proyectos en el sector de andamiaje y acceso.<\/p>\n

Corrección<\/strong>: Al parecer, debido a un cambio técnico, algunos empleados no recibían o dejaron de recibir La Red desde hace cierto tiempo.<\/p>\n

Estamos examinando todas las respuestas más detalladamente para darle el seguimiento necesario con el fin de satisfacer a nuestros lectores lo más posible. También queremos organizar un grupo focal para discutir de manera más concreta las mejorías que hay que realizar.<\/p>\n
