What a week! For the third straight year, the Foundation visited a few divisions within AGF Group. The aim of this very special week was to raise awareness of the Foundation among AGF Group employees and congratulate those who are involved in their community.<\/p>\n

In addition to meetings with employees within the same business unit, the activities included emailing of informative daily fact sheets, inspiring screen wallpaper created especially for the occasion, presentation of certificates to acknowledge those who are involved in their community and more frequent posts on the Foundation’s Facebook page.<\/p>\n

The questions I was asked during each of my visits made me realize that increasingly, people are embracing the Foundation but they still have questions as to how it works and what it has to offer for the Group’s employees.<\/p>\n

The timing is right, since we are busy planning its growth over the medium term! A survey is being developed and will soon be sent to all of the Group’s employees and partners. It well help us better understand any blind spots that need to be clarified and efforts that remain to be made so that the Foundation is even better integrated into AGF Group’s regular activities. It will be an opportunity to tell us what you’re thinking, and I’m counting on you to be candid in your answers.<\/p>\n

I would like to thank the general managers and ambassadors who welcomed me during the week, as well as each AGF member who took a few minutes to chat with me. You have each, in your own way, brought the Foundation to life in your division. Let’s build on the momentum!<\/p>\n

Excelente tercera edición de la Semana de la Fundación en AGF<\/h2>\n

¡Qué semana! Por la tercera vez, la Fundación hizo su recorrido a través de algunas divisiones del Grupo AGF. Los objetivos de esta semana tan especial eran dar a conocer mejor a la Fundación entre los empleados del Grupo AGF y felicitar a la gente que se implica socialmente.<\/p>\n

Entre las actividades realizadas, por supuesto que hubo formidables reuniones entre los empleados de una misma unidad de negocios; pero también hubo coloridas fichas de información enviadas por correo electrónico todos los días, un inspirador fondo de pantalla especial para la ocasión, una entrega de certificados de reconocimiento para la gente que se implica y más publicaciones en la página Facebook de la Fundación.<\/p>\n

Gracias a las preguntas que la gente me hizo en cada una de mis visitas, me doy cuenta de que la Fundación ha encontrado su lugar en la mente de la gente, pero que todavía suscita interrogaciones en cuanto a su funcionamiento y lo que les puede ofrecer a los empleados del Grupo.<\/p>\n

Llega en el momento justo, ¡ya que estamos en medio de la planificación de su crecimiento a mediano plazo! Se está preparando un sondeo que será enviado a todos los empleados y socios del Grupo. Nos ayudará a entender mejor en dónde están los ángulos muertos que ameritan ser aclarados y qué esfuerzos nos faltan por hacer para que la Fundación se integre todavía mejor en las actividades regulares del Grupo AGF. Será el momento de decirnos lo que le pasa por la mente; cuento con su franqueza.<\/p>\n

Le agradezco a cada director general y embajador que me recibió esta semana, así como a cada miembro de AGF que se tomó algunos minutos para venir a conversar conmigo.
