Last August, Canadian Rental Service has celebrated 10 outstanding young rental people from right across this country.<\/p>\n

Among them, we can be proud to see our colleague, Victor Moffat – general manager of AGF Access’ division in London (ON).<\/p>\n

“Starting out with the company at a small branch in sales, Moffat, 39, shinnied quickly up the corporate ladder through the estimating department and eventually branch manager of a larger location. (…) He admits that when he became the company’s GM, the business was already humming along nicely. I just kept the standard high if not raised the bar a little bit each year. I believe that there is always room for improvement and growth. But both must be sustainable and something that can last into the future<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Top 10 de las personas jóvenes de alquiler<\/h2>\n

El pasado agosto, la revista “Canadian Rental Service” celebró a diez extraordinarios jóvenes del medio del alquiler de todo este país.<\/p>\n

Entre ellos, podemos orgullosamente ver a nuestro colega Victor Moffat, Gerente General de la división AGF Access en London, Ontario.<\/p>\n

“Moffat, 39 años, empezó en una pequeña sucursal de la empresa en el área de ventas y rápidamente ascendió la escalera corporativa pasando por el Departamento de Estimación, hasta llegar a ser Gerente de Sucursal en una ubicación más grande. (…) Admite que cuando se convirtió en el Gerente General de la empresa, los negocios ya iban bien. Solamente mantuve los elevados estándares y subí el nivel un poco cada año. Creo que siempre hay espacio para mejorar y crecer, pero ambas acciones deben ser sostenibles y poder durar a largo plazo<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
