AGF Access Group is very pleased to announce that IEQ Group is officially joining its group.<\/p>\n

Since 1995, IEQ Group has been recognized for its specialized expertise and its ability to come up with creative scaffolding solutions throughout the province of Quebec, especially in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n

This transaction that brings together two leading providers in the scaffolding industry, will allow us to have a greater presence in the industrial sector as well as a greater regional reach as many clients of IEQ Group are smelters, paper mills and petrochemical plants, which most of them are located in the Saguenay region.<\/p>\n

Both AGF Access Group and IEQ Group are well-established and well-respected companies. Accordingly, this new association will offer growth opportunities all the while allowing us to continue to maintain a consistently high level of service for all our customers.<\/p>\n

Be also informed that Mr. Richard Miousse, a founding member of the Association québécoise de l’industrie de l’échafaudage (AQIE), an association representing the interests of the Scaffolding Industry in Quebec, will continue to act as the President of IEQ Group.<\/p>\n

Moreover, please note that Mr. Julien Provencher, Branch Manager at AGF Access Montréal, has been appointed as Interim General Manager of IEQ Group.<\/p>\n

Finally, I am extremely excited about the future and I am convinced that this new acquisition will provide additional business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Adquisición – Grupo IEQ<\/h2>\n

Grupo AGF Accès tiene el gran placer de anunciar la llegada de Grupo IEQ a su gran familia.<\/p>\n

Desde 1995, Grupo IEQ es reconocido en todo Quebec por su habilidad y su ingenio en el sector de andamiaje industrial. La empresa supo destacarse y demostrar una competencia técnica innovadora única en la provincia.<\/p>\n

Esta transacción que reúne dos líderes del área del andamiaje permitirá lograr un alcance geográfico más extenso y una mayor presencia en el sector industrial, ya que Grupo IEQ cuenta con varios clientes principalmente de fábricas de aluminio, de papel y petroquímicas, en la gran región de Saguenay.<\/p>\n

Grupo AGF Accès y Grupo IEQ son prestigiosas empresas bien establecidas en su sector de actividades y esta nueva asociación ofrece interesantes posibilidades de crecimiento y nos coloca en una posición favorable para seguirles ofreciendo a nuestros clientes un servicio de alto nivel.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, cabe destacar que el Sr. Richard Miousse, miembro fundador de la Asociación Quebequense de la Industria del Andamiaje (AQIE, por sus siglas en francés), la cual defiende los intereses de la industria del andamiaje, continuará siendo el presidente de Grupo IEQ.<\/p>\n

Aprovecho esta oportunidad para informarles que el Sr. Julien Provencher, Director de la sucursal de Montreal de AGF Accès, funge actualmente como Director General reemplazante para Grupo IEQ.<\/p>\n
