Acier AGF is pleased to support team #3 as their Bronze partner in the 2020 Trophée Roses des Andes.<\/p>\n

What is the Roses des Andes?<\/h3>\n

First and foremost, the Trophée Roses des Andes is an exhilarating race — for women only —through the heart of the Andes mountains.<\/p>\n

But it is also an organization that provides support to Enfants du désert and the Breakfast Club of Canada. A portion of the funds raised to participate in the race will go to these two organizations.<\/p>\n

Stunning landscapes<\/h3>\n

The race takes competitors up peaks as high as 5,000 metres. They will also marvel at magnificent volcanoes, the virgin steppes of Altiplano and vast salt flats.<\/p>\n

“As we travel by 4×4, our aim is to complete each stage of the rally using a roadbook and a compass, covering the minimum number of kilometres while passing through all the checkpoints,” explains Karine Rheault.<\/p>\n

Trofeo “Roses des Andes” 2020<\/h2>\n

Es con gran placer que Acier AGF apoya a la tripulación núm. 3 como socio Bronce por su participación en el trofeo “Roses des Andes” 2020.<\/p>\n

¿Roses des Andes?<\/h3>\n

El trofeo “Roses des Andes” es ante todo una carrera emocionante, 100% femenina, al centro de la Cordillera de los Andes.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, también es un organismo que ayuda a la asociación “Enfants du désert” y al “Club des petits déjeuners”. Una parte de los fondos recaudados por participar en la carrera será entregada a estos dos organismos.<\/p>\n

Un paisaje impresionante<\/h3>\n

Los participantes competirán en tres elevadas cimas de hasta 5000 m de altura. También tendrán la oportunidad de admirar los volcanes, las estepas vírgenes del altiplano y los inmensos desiertos de sal.<\/p>\n

“A bordo de un todoterreno, el objetivo es incorporarse a la etapa del día con la ayuda de una libreta de ruta y una brújula, recorriendo el mínimo de kilómetros y respetando los diferentes controles de paso”, explica Karine Rheault.<\/p>\n
