{"id":44900,"date":"2018-05-09T08:55:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T12:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/uncategorized\/a-productive-meeting"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:31:27","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T19:31:27","slug":"a-productive-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/general-interest\/a-productive-meeting","title":{"rendered":"A productive meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>On April 19, our Innovation Department presented another one of its workshops, in collaboration with Inno-Centre, at AGF Rebar in Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>The participants had a fruitful discussion, analyzing and identifying elements or processes where corrective action was required. They identified more than 200 actions for making improvements.<\/p>\n<p>In the next few weeks, an action plan will be drawn up. The priorities will be tweaked with each department at AGF Rebar. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ra&rsquo;D Daoud will be meeting with one person per team so that together they can define goals and individual responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to the entire team for your involvement in this project!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2106.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Un encuentro productivo<\/h2>\n<p>El 19 de abril pasado, nuestro departamento de Innovaci&oacute;n continu&oacute; sus talleres de trabajo en colaboraci&oacute;n con Inno-Centre, a un lado de AGF Rebar, en Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>Durante sus intercambios fruct&iacute;feros, los participantes tuvieron la ocasi&oacute;n de analizar y de distinguir los elementos o los procedimientos que necesitaban medidas correctivas.<\/p>\n<p>Se identificaron m&aacute;s de doscientas acciones para realizar mejoramientos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las pr&oacute;ximas semanas se redactar&aacute; un plan de acci&oacute;n.
