The project covered is the Dubai Metro in United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n<p>Up to 220 employees (at peak) from Babich UAE will provide 20,000 MT of rebar for this construction.<\/p>\n<p>The main challenge relates to the complexity of design.&nbsp;For example, a 7 Ton segment Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) had 244 bar marks with 40% of the bar marks special &ldquo;99&rdquo; shape code.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Few of the 3173 segments were typical.<\/p>\n<p>All rebar intersections had to be tied 100% as per consultant requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The complexity combined with working in temperatures reaching 50 degrees Celsius was a challenge which Babich UAE overcame.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QcU5H6749r4?rel=0\" width=\"640\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2110.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>En Babich UAE, filial de Grupo AGF, realizamos un video para mostrar la complejidad de nuestro trabajo. El proyecto cubierto es el Metro de Dub&aacute;i en Emiratos &Aacute;rabes Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta 220 empleados (en horas punta) de Babich UAE fabricaron 20&nbsp;000&nbsp;t de barras de refuerzo para esta construcci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>El desaf&iacute;o principal era la complejidad del dise&ntilde;o. Por ejemplo, ciertas barras deb&iacute;an tener una forma muy especial. Solamente una parte de las barras ten&iacute;a una forma m&aacute;s est&aacute;ndar.
