Its aim is to recognize the achievements of those who have successfully gone through a business transfer while preserving the DNA of the company they acquired.<\/p>\n<p>I was pleased to serve on the jury for the fourth straight year, and I can tell you that it was a very inspiring exercise to see these passionate people speak about their new &ldquo;baby&rdquo; with the greatest enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>The jury analyzed many criteria, including the purchasers&rsquo; upstream preparation, the way they manage human resources, their strategic planning and there financial results, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the 2018&nbsp;winners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Biron<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructel<\/li>\n<li>Moderco<\/li>\n<li>Lg2<\/li>\n<li>Groupe Focus<\/li>\n<li>Congebec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Congratulations and thanks to all the winners for serving as examples for a host of prospective entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2120.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>&iexcl;La transici&oacute;n!<\/h2>\n<p>Todo el mundo habla de transici&oacute;n cuando se trata de garantizar la perpetuidad de una empresa. Sucede lo mismo en lo que concierne al accionariado.<\/p>\n<p>Es por esta raz&oacute;n que la empresa PwC implement&oacute; un concurso anual llamado &ldquo;Las Medallas de la Transici&oacute;n&rdquo;.
