Summer is often synonymous with peak productivity in our field. The pace of work picks up, there’s an increased demand for overtime and there are new workers on our sites.<\/p>\n

Heatwaves are also part of the equation: they can affect the comfort and safety of employees who are directly exposed to them (plants, worksites, etc.).<\/p>\n

Prevention<\/h3>\n

Despite the high outdoor temperatures, AGF Group’s operations must go on. Proper hydration and frequent breaks are strongly recommended. In addition, wearing adapted clothing and using sunscreen help ensure our workers’ well-being.<\/p>\n

Standards to be respected<\/h3>\n

Standards are in place to prevent heat stroke and promote health and safety on the job. We all win when we respect these standards and ensure our co-workers’ comfort during the warm season. Have a great summer!<\/p>\n

Trabajo y calor intenso<\/h2>\n

En nuestra área, el periodo estival es con frecuencia sinónimo de productividad al máximo. Observamos ritmos de trabajo más elevados, más horas extras exigidas y la presencia de nuevos empleados en nuestros lugares de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Las olas de calor también forman parte de la ecuación y ocasionan incomodidad y peligro para los empleados que se exponen directamente (fábricas, obras, etc.).<\/p>\n

Prevención<\/h3>\n

A pesar de la elevada temperatura exterior, las operaciones de Grupo AGF deben continuar. Por esta razón, es sumamente recomendado hidratarse constantemente y hacer pausas frecuentes. Además, utilizar vestimenta adaptada y protector solar contribuye al bienestar de nuestros trabajadores.<\/p>\n

Normas que respetar<\/h3>\n

Las normas son implementadas para prevenir los golpes de calor y promover la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo. <\/p>\n
