{"id":45200,"date":"2018-08-17T11:21:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-17T15:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/uncategorized\/traceability-in-longueuil"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:33:04","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T19:33:04","slug":"traceability-in-longueuil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/innovation-2\/traceability-in-longueuil","title":{"rendered":"Traceability in Longueuil"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>In the past few weeks, a project to improve traceability has been underway at AGF in Longueuil.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to compile a portrait of how traceability is managed at AGF and make the process more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>In concrete terms, we are aiming to ensure our customers&rsquo; satisfaction by issuing test certificates and inspection reports* in a timely fashion.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve our goal, the first step in the project was to take stock of the situation: when the certificates are received, who does what, where and how?<\/p>\n<p>Once we had mapped the traceability process, we identified four major avenues to pursue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continually update the internal database with the certificates<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with the suppliers concerned to systematize and standardize issuing of certificates<\/li>\n<li>Conduct proper follow-up with all those involved to ensure everyone is aware of their role in the process<\/li>\n<li>List the improvements observed and address any needs or questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* The test certificates (steel) and the inspection reports (galvanized steel) provide information on quality controls performed on the steel before it is delivered to AGF.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2135.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Trazabilidad en Longueuil<\/h2>\n<p>Desde hace varias semanas est&aacute; en proceso un proyecto para mejorar la trazabilidad en AGF de Longueuil.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es evaluar la gesti&oacute;n de trazabilidad en AGF y hacer que el proceso sea m&aacute;s eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Concretamente, buscamos la satisfacci&oacute;n de nuestros clientes asegur&aacute;ndonos de transmitir bien los certificados de las pruebas y los informes de inspecci&oacute;n* en un plazo satisfactorio.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr nuestro objetivo, la primera etapa del proyecto consisti&oacute;
