At the end of the 1990s, AGF Steel was awarded its first contract for the supply of reinforcing steel for the Villa Latella project. This project involved the construction of six-storey high condominium buildings in Montreal and on the North Shore.<\/p>\n

Twenty years later, AGF is still a key player in this successful real estate project.<\/p>\n

The scale of each project varied over the years but generally revolved around 1000 MT of reinforcing steel for each phase.<\/p>\n

AGF was recently awarded a contract for Phase 26 of the project and has initiated work to fabricate and install 1630 MT of reinforcing steel. The job should be completed by the fall of 2019. This new project is located near major highways, the Centropolis complex, and Carrefour Laval. It features a fifteen-storey high condominium building, in addition to an indoor elevated parking structure.<\/p>\n

The project manager, San Carlo Construction Inc., has trusted us for many years. This company acts as a contractor, as well as a real estate developer and even provides building management services.<\/p>\n

Éxito en Villa Latella<\/h2>\n

A finales de la década de los noventa, Acier AGF obtuvo su primer contacto para el suministro de acero de refuerzo para el proyecto Villa Latella: condominios de seis pisos y más en la metrópolis y en la Ribera Norte de Montreal.<\/p>\n

Veinte años más tarde, AGF todavía acompaña este éxito inmobiliario.<\/p>\n

La amplitud de cada proyecto ha variado con el paso de los años, pero cada fase ha incluido globalmente 1000 t de acero de refuerzo.<\/p>\n
