Created in the summer of 2018, AGF Tecnik has a team of engineers and detailers whose experience and expertise in the field of reinforcing steel spans over several decades.<\/p>\n

After being in activity for only a few months, AGF Tecnik can now count on more than 30 employees working on estimation and technical drawings. Each week, they take on more projects and provide support to the drafting rooms of several AGF divisions in Canada.<\/p>\n

The decision to install our offices in this city was easy to make, especially since Thanjavur has several universities specializing in the field of engineering.<\/p>\n

Thanjavur, a City with Many Faces <\/h3>\n

Thanjavur was the capital of the Ancient Chola Kingdom, a pioneer in engineering whose proficiency has withstood time itself! Most of the great living Chola temples, which are UNESCO World Heritage Monuments, are located in and around Thanjavur. It is also the birthplace of South Indian culture and many art forms. For example, Bharatanatyam, a dance form which has its roots in Thanjavur, is one of the oldest dance forms still practised to this day.<\/p>\n

Thanjavur is also known as the “Rice Bowl of Tamil Nadu.” It is the largest producer of unmilled paddy rice in the state.<\/p>\n

In short, Thanjavur exerts a considerable impact upon the arts, commerce, education, entertainment, healthcare, administration, tourism and transportation of Tamil Nadu (South India)<\/p>\n

Like the city, the people are very hospitable and amazing! Tamils living around the world are one of the largest and the oldest ethno-linguistic cultural groups of people in the modern world. Historians called the Tamils “The last surviving classical civilization on earth,” because the Tamil mainstream preserved substantial elements of their past regarding beliefs, culture, music, and literature, despite the globalization current. The Tamils are hardworking people. They strongly believe in the following adage: “Work is Worship.”<\/p>\n

Creada en el verano de 2018, AGF Tecnik está compuesta de un equipo de ingenieros y de proyectistas cuya experiencia y pericia en el área del acero de refuerzo se remonta a varias décadas.<\/p>\n

Algunos meses después de su apertura, AGF Tecnik cuenta hoy en día con más de treinta empleados que trabajan en el área de estimación y de diseños técnicos. Se ocupan de proyectos de más de 260 t de acero por semana y ofrecen apoyo a las salas de diseño de varias divisiones de AGF en Canadá.<\/p>\n

La elección de la ciudad de Thanjavur para instalar las oficinas de AGF Tecnik se realizó de manera rápida, principalmente porque ahí se encuentran varias universidades especializadas en ingeniería.<\/p>\n

Una ciudad con múltiples caras <\/h3>\n

Thanjavur era la capital de la antigua dinastía Chola, ¡en donde el arte de los pioneros de la ingeniería supo resistir al paso del tiempo! La mayoría de los grandes templos de Chola, monumentos clasificados en el patrimonio mundial de la UNESCO, están situados en Thanjavur y sus alrededores.También es la cuna de numerosas culturas y formas de arte de India del Sur. Por ejemplo, el Bharatanatyam, un tipo de danza que tiene sus raíces en Thanjavur, es una de las formas de baile más antiguas practicadas hoy en día.<\/p>\n

Thanjavur es también conocida como el “Tazón de arroz de Tamil Nadu”. Se trata del mayor productor de arroz sin moler del estado.
