I would like to highlight three elements that differentiate of our teams and which make me extremely proud:<\/p>\n

Promotions<\/h3>\n

Did you know that in 2018 there were more than 30 promotions within the AGF Group and its divisions?<\/p>\n

Career development is greatly valued in the company. Each year, the performance review meetings allow employees to take a look at the past year and set targets for the upcoming one with their respective managers. It is also a great occasion to discuss opportunities for career progression.<\/p>\n

Engineers<\/h3>\n

I am also very proud of all our engineers who work on construction projects in Canada and internationally. There are more than 50 engineers in the AGF Group.<\/p>\n

Diversity<\/h3>\n

AGF Group has grown through acquisitions over the years and is present in more than 10 countries.<\/p>\n

Our teams regroup employees from many ethnic backgrounds. We currently have employees from 44 different nationalities. Considering there are 197 countries worldwide, it’s a nice average, don’t you think?<\/p>\n

Here are some examples of the countries of origin of our colleagues:<\/p>\n

Benin, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, the United States, Chile, Colombia, France, Morocco, Peru, Romania, India, Tunisia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, United Arab Emirates, …<\/p>\n

This diversity is a great source of wealth for AGF: it is synonymous with open-mindedness. It also allows us to rub shoulders with many talents and gives us access to diverse sources of knowledge.<\/p>\n

Orgullosos de nuestros empleados<\/h2>\n

Me gustaría subrayar tres elementos de nuestros equipos que me hacen sentir extremadamente orgulloso.<\/p>\n

Promociones<\/h3>\n

¿Sabía usted que en el 2018, hubo más de treinta promociones en Grupo AGF y sus divisiones?<\/p>\n

Valorizamos enormemente la evolución profesional en la compañía. Cada año, la reunión de evaluación del desempeño les permite a los empleados hacer el balance del último año y fijarse los objetivos para el año siguiente con su gerente. También es la oportunidad de discutir las posibilidades de progreso.<\/p>\n

Ingenieros<\/em><\/h3>\n

Otra gran fuente de orgullo para mí es el conjunto de nuestros ingenieros, quienes trabajan en proyectos de construcción en Canadá e internacionalmente. Son más de 50 en Grupo AGF.<\/p>\n

Diversidad<\/h3>\n

Grupo AGF ha crecido por medio de adquisiciones con el paso de los años y disfruta de una presencia en más de diez países.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, las nacionalidades representadas en nuestros equipos son muchas más. Actualmente, ¡contamos con 44! De los 197 países del mundo es un buen promedio, ¿no es así?<\/p>\n

Estos son algunos ejemplos de los países de origen de nuestros colegas: Benín, Brasil Bélgica Canadá, Estados Unidos, Chile, Colombia, Francia, Marruecos, Perú, Rumania, India, Túnez, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Emiratos Árabes Unidos…<\/p>\n

Esta diversidad representa para nosotros una gran riqueza. Es sinónimo de una mentalidad abierta y nos permite frecuentar numerosos talentos con experiencias diversificadas.<\/p>\n
