Longueuil.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the program is to encourage the professional integration of newcomers, as well as offering corporate activities in intercultural communication.<\/p>\n<p>Participants took part in a very interesting discussion on intercultural communication in an amicable, relaxed environment.<\/p>\n<p>The activity had the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new skills associated with cultural sensitivity, which will help maintain a pleasant and courteous work environment;<\/li>\n<li>Identify issues and challenges in managing an intercultural incident in the workplace;<\/li>\n<li>Examine the various interpretations of a communication incident in the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They also presented a handy tool for helping resolve mutual misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some photos from the activity, which took place in a very friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Image_2-4.jpg\" style=\"height:281px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>El &ldquo;Mediod&iacute;a intercultural&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>El pasado 30 de abril, los representantes del programa &ldquo;Interconexi&oacute;n&rdquo;, implementado por la C&aacute;mara de Comercio de Montreal metropolitano, tuvieron la cortes&iacute;a de ofrecer una actividad sobre la comunicaci&oacute;n intercultural para el equipo de la sala de dise&ntilde;o de Acier AGF &ndash; Longueuil.<\/p>\n<p>El programa &ldquo;Interconexi&oacute;n&rdquo; tiene como objetivo favorecer la integraci&oacute;n profesional de los reci&eacute;n llegados y tambi&eacute;n de ofrecer en las empresas actividades sobre la comunicaci&oacute;n intercultural.<\/p>\n<p>El &ldquo;Mediod&iacute;a intercultural&rdquo; permiti&oacute; mantener, en un ambiente cordial y relajado, una conversaci&oacute;n muy interesante sobre la comunicaci&oacute;n intercultural.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos de esta actividad son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desarrollar nuevas competencias relacionadas con la sensibilidad cultural, permitiendo as&iacute; mantener un ambiente de trabajo agradable y cort&eacute;s;<\/li>\n<li>Identificar los desaf&iacute;os relacionados con la gesti&oacute;n de un incidente intercultural en un contexto profesional;<\/li>\n<li>Introducir las diferentes interpretaciones de un incidente de comunicaci&oacute;n en un contexto profesional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asimismo se present&oacute;
