AGF employees can send me questions about the company’s history, projects, social involvement, or any other subject related to the AGF Group.<\/p>\n

This month, I selected a question that was sent by Cody Woods (Field Manager, AGF – Reinforcing Inc.).<\/p>\n

What is the succession plan for all the retiring managers in the organization?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AGF Group has had a succession plan for more than five years, which essentially consists of identifying critical positions for the company (not only management positions) and high potential employees showing interest in “climbing the ladder”.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, personalized development programs are offered to those employees.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that it is not possible for us to have a succession plan for all positions in the company, but all AGF employees have access to training initiatives to improve their skills.<\/p>\n

A partir de ahora, cada mes, los empleados de AGF podrán enviarme sus preguntas sobre la historia, los proyectos, la implicación social o cualquier otro tema relacionado con Grupo AGF.<\/p>\n

Este mes, escogí la pregunta de Cody Woods (Jefe de Obras, AGF – Reinforcing Inc.).<\/p>\n

¿Cuál es el plan de sucesión para todos los gerentes que se jubilan de la organización?<\/strong><\/p>\n

AGF Group cuenta con un plan de sucesión desde hace más de cinco años, el cual en esencia consiste en identificar las posiciones cruciales en la empresa (y no solamente en los puestos de gerencia) y los empleados de alto potencial que muestren interés en escalar posiciones.<\/p>\n

Posteriormente, se ofrecen programas de desarrollo personalizado a esos empleados.<\/p>\n

Es importante notar que no podemos tener un plan de sucesión para todos los puestos de la empresa pero todos los empleados de AGF tienen acceso a iniciativas de capacitación para mejorar sus habilidades.<\/p>\n
