Greeting them with a friendly smile is the first thing we can do to help them feel more at ease.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When you get involved in integrating your colleagues, it not only ensures they will be more autonomous but it also contributes to achieving the following objectives:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It encourages social integration;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>It helps new employees develop a sense of belonging;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>It demonstrates the support the company provides to help them adapt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How can you help a new colleague settle in?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Think about having a team dinner;<\/li>\n<li>Invite them to eat with you in the cafeteria;<\/li>\n<li>Introduce them to colleagues in other departments;<\/li>\n<li>Have coffee together in the morning;<\/li>\n<li>Find out how they are feeling after their first few days at AGF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These simple gestures can make all the difference for a new employee.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2220.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>El recibimiento y la integraci&oacute;n&hellip; &iexcl;un asunto de todos!<\/h2>\n<p>&iquest;Sab&iacute;a usted que todos tenemos una funci&oacute;n durante el recibimiento e integraci&oacute;n de un empleado nuevo?<\/p>\n<p>Comenzar un empleo en una empresa nueva es intimidante para todo el mundo.
