With September well under way, we are pleased to announce that we have signed a contract with Pomerleau to supply more than 10,500 MT of rebar for the construction of the new National Bank tower. We will also be providing our expertise in post-tensioning.<\/p>\n

Located at 800 St-Jacques Street West in Montreal, this 40-storey tower will be 200 metres tall. The official ground-breaking ceremony for the project took place on November 7, 2018.<\/p>\n

AGF will begin work on the project in December 2019, and our involvement on the site will span more than two years.  <\/p>\n

Along with this project, AGF is involved in other major construction sites in downtown Montreal.<\/p>\n

Going up next to the new National Bank tower will be “Victoria sur le Parc” (at 700 St-Jacques West), a 200-metre tower that AGF will also be working on. We will begin work shortly, installing nearly 5,000 TM of rebar. The project is slated for completion in in 2023.<\/p>\n

AGF is also a player in the 1111 Atwater project. Located the former site of the Montreal Children’s Hospital, this upscale condo building will include a seniors’ residence—the tallest in the country. Our teams will be installing rebar at this site, in addition to post-tensioning. <\/p>\n

En este inicio de septiembre, nos complace anunciar la firma de un contrato con Pomerleau para el abastecimiento de más de 10 500 t de acero de refuerzo para la construcción de la nueva torre del Banco Nacional de Canadá. Ofreceremos igualmente nuestra experiencia profesional en postensado.<\/p>\n

Ubicada en St-Jacques Ouest núm. 800, en Montreal, esta torre de 40 pisos tendrá una altura de 200 m. La primera palada de tierra oficial que marcó el inicio de la obra fue realizada el 7 de noviembre del 2018.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a AGF, los trabajos iniciarán en diciembre de 2019 y nuestra implicación en la obra se repartirá en un periodo de más de dos años.<\/p>\n

Además de este proyecto, AGF cuenta con una gran presencia en otras obras de gran magnitud en el centro de Montreal.<\/p>\n

La nueva torre del Banco Nacional de Canadá se encontrará a un lado del edificio “Victoria sur le Parc” (ubicado en St-Jacques Ouest núm. 700), una torre de 200 m que será también realizada por AGF. Comenzaremos los trabajos próximamente y colocaremos casi 5000 t de acero de refuerzo. El proyecto deberá finalizarse en el 2023.<\/p>\n

AGF también participa en el proyecto 1111  Atwater. Ubicado en el lugar del antiguo Hospital Infantil de Montreal, este edificio de condominios de alta gama albergará igualmente una residencia para jubilados: la más elevada del país. Nuestros equipos instalarán acero de refuerzo y postensado.<\/p>\n
