Our Quebec City division has landed some new projects, including:<\/h2>\n

– Ilôt GCS<\/strong>, a housing project of about 610 MT, with work beginning this November. When completed, it will comprise 124 residential units.<\/p>\n

– La Cité M<\/strong> (phase 3<\/em>): a four-phase residential project that, when completed, will comprise 500 rental units. AGF Québec completed phase 1 in 2018 (1,100 MT) and is currently working on phase 2 (950 MT). The division recently obtained the contract for phase 3 (950 MT), which will begin in December.<\/p>\n

Some of the Quebec City division’s other projects: <\/h2>\n

– Médicago<\/strong>: 3,200 MT. A vaccine research and production complex in the D’Estimauville district. It will include administrative offices, research labs, a production plant and greenhouses. <\/p>\n

– Centre Intégré de Cancérologie (CIC)<\/strong> as part of the NCH project (ultramodern world-class hospital): 4,100 MT.  The CIC will be the first component in this hospital complex, which will be delivered in December 2020. It will bring together most of the specialized and super-specialized outpatient cancer services at the CHU (Laval University hospital centre).  <\/p>\n

– Chartwell Trait-Carré residence<\/strong>: 980 MT. Retirement residence project with 322 apartments and 37 assisted-living studios will welcome its first tenants in 2021.<\/p>\n

NOTICIAS DE QUEBEC<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nuestra división de Quebec obtuvo proyectos nuevos, entre ellos:<\/h2>\n

– L’Ilôt GCS <\/strong>es un proyecto residencial de aproximadamente 610 t, cuyos trabajos inician este mes de noviembre y que comprenderá al final 124 unidades de viviendas.<\/p>\n

– La Cité M (fase 3):<\/strong> Un proyecto residencial en cuatro fases que prevé a largo plazo la construcción de 500 unidades de alquiler. AGF Quebec realizó la Fase 1 en 2018 (1100 t) y trabaja actualmente en la Fase 2 (950 t). Recientemente, la división obtuvo el contrato para la Fase 3 (950 t), cuyos trabajos iniciarán en diciembre.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a los proyectos que están en curso de ejecución, la división de Quebec participó en: <\/h2>\n

– Medicago: 3200 t. <\/strong>Un complejo de investigación y de producción de vacunas en el sector D’Estimauville. Comprenderá oficinas administrativas, laboratorios de investigación, una fábrica de producción e invernaderos. <\/p>\n

– Centro Integral de Cancerología (CIC) c<\/strong>omo parte del proyecto NCH (centro hospitalario ultramoderno y de clase mundial): 4100 t. El CIC será el primer elemento de este complejo hospitalario del futuro para ser entregado en diciembre 2020. Reagrupará la mayoría de los servicios ambulatorios especializados y sobrespecializados ofrecidos en cancerología en el CHU. <\/p>\n
