– Vithy Ponambalavanar<\/strong> (Markham):<\/strong> Vithy provides outstanding support to his team of detailers, which is growing steadily. He is determined, and a model of skill and integrity. He goes all out to support his team, both technically and emotionally. Managers, team members and customers all enjoy working with him.

– Mikaël Ricard <\/strong>(Trois-Rivières) : Mikaël has demonstrated exceptional determination when it comes to innovation. He has developed a number of tools that are in use at our Trois- Rivières and Quebec City divisions, including inventory charts and machine follow-up charts.

– Ra’d Daoud, EIT <\/strong>(Kitchener): He’s always available and has set up tools that improve the production process, including five-day and long-term production planning, as well as weekly and monthly productivity reports. He also implemented the 5S system across Ontario.

– Mario Spadafora<\/strong> (Costa Rica): Mario set up a new plant in just a few weeks and was able to meet customer needs, all while maintaining a spotless health and safety record. Not only that, at the end of the project he obtained COR certification with a grade of 95%, which is highly valued by companies seeking optimal health and safety performance. Mario is an exemplary leader who likes to get involved with his colleagues every day. The secret of his success? Staying close to his employees and a desire to learn and excel as a team.

– Vithy Ponambalavanar<\/strong> (Markham): Es un verdadero apoyo para su equipo de detallistas, el cual no deja de crecer. Es determinado y ejemplar en lo que respecta a habilidades e integridad. Hace todo lo posible por apoyar a su equipo en las cuestiones técnicas y también emocionales. Ya sea que se trate de un gerente, de un miembro del equipo o de un cliente, a todo el mundo le gusta trabajar con Vithy.

– Ra’d Daoud <\/strong>(Kitchener): Siempre está disponible y ha implantado herramientas que permiten mejorar el procedimiento de Producción, cuyo calendario es de cinco días y, a largo plazo, los indicadores de productividad mensuales y semanales. También implantó todas las 5S en Ontario.

– Mario Spadafora<\/strong> (Costa-Rica): Puso en marcha una nueva fábrica en solamente algunas semanas, supo responder a las necesidades del cliente, y al mismo tiempo mantuvo un historial de salud y seguridad perfecto. Además, logró obtener la certificación COR, con una nota de 95% al final del proyecto, muy apreciada entre las empresas que desean destacar en salud y seguridad. Mario es un gran líder a quien le gusta implicarse cotidianamente con sus colaboradores. El secreto de su éxito es su cercanía con los empleados, su deseo de aprender y de superarse en equipo.
