Based in India, AGF Tecnik is now in its second year and continues to serve our various Canadian divisions. Our offices in Markham, Kitchener, Longueuil, Caraquet, Ottawa and Quebec City now work regularly with AGF Tecnik.  <\/p>\n

The team<\/h2>\n

The AGF Tecnik team includes 68 people, who provide detailing. They also have an estimate team and a comparison service. We’re delighted to announce that the estimating team is growing and now has six employees, compared to just two in the beginning. 
\nIt is important to point out that AGF Tecnik’s teams have completed an intensive month-long training session on techniques, detailing and our various detailing programs such as RebarCAD and aSa. The successful candidates are integrated into the team under the guidance of a senior mentor for an apprenticeship period in which they gain the necessary experience and skills. <\/p>\n

Goals<\/h2>\n

AGF Tecnik detailed 11,000 tonnes in its first year. This year, the tonnage reached 30,000 tonnes, surpassing the initial target of 20,000 tonnes. At peak production, it can be as high as 1,000 tonnes per week.<\/p>\n

This year’s goal is to increase production by paying special attention to the expectations of its customers (i.e. the Canadian divisions) and respecting the scope of the work requested. To do so, a feedback system will be introduced in the near future to obtain concrete feedback and identify areas for improvement. <\/p>\n

AGF Tecnik provides high-quality support and service to our Canadian divisions, and the pace of business will pick up in the months ahead.  <\/p>\n

\nAGF Tecnik, en India, cumple su segundo año y continúa sirviendo a nuestras diferentes divisiones canadienses. Actualmente, nuestras oficinas de Markham, Kitchener, Longueuil, Caraquet, e incluso de Ottawa y Quebec, trabajan regularmente con AGF Tecnik.<\/p>\n

El equipo<\/h3>\n

AGF Tecnik cuenta con 68 personas y ofrece no solamente un servicio de detallado, sino también un equipo de estimación y un servicio de comparación (el cual estudia las diferencias entre los planes de licitación y los planes de ejecución). Nos complace anunciar que el equipo de estimación sigue creciendo: comenzó con dos colaboradores y ahora cuenta con seis.
\nEs importante subrayar que los equipos de AGF Tecnik siguieron previamente un mes de capacitación intensa sobre nuestras técnicas, el detallado y la utilización de nuestros diferentes programas de detallado como RebarCAD o aSa. Los candidatos seleccionados se integran a un equipo bajo la tutoría de un senior, lo cual les brinda un periodo de aprendizaje para adquirir experiencia y las competencias necesarias.<\/p>\n

Los objetivos<\/h3>\n

Durante el primer año, AGF Tecnik detalló 11 000 t y este año el tonelaje detallado alcanzó 30 000 t, lo cual sobrepasó los objetivos iniciales que establecían 20 000 t. En periodos de producción máxima, el detallado puede alcanzar hasta 1000 t por semana.
\nEste año, el objetivo es aumentar la producción, darle una atención particular a las expectativas de los clientes (es decir, las filiales canadienses) y respetar la magnitud del trabajo pedido. Para hacerlo, en los próximos meses se establecerá un sistema de retroalimentación para poder tener comentarios concretos y definir los puntos qué hay que mejorar.<\/p>\n

AGF Tecnik les ofrece a nuestras divisiones canadienses apoyo y un servicio de alta calidad que se intensificará en los próximos meses.
