In the weeks leading up to Christmas, we presented many activities at our various divisions:<\/p>\n

•    Christmas Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n

The traditional Christmas breakfast took place in Longueuil on December 20. This fundraiser, which was introduced a few years ago, gives all Longueuil employees a chance to get together before the holidays to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
\nThis year, the proceeds were donated to the Centre Répit-Dépannage Aux Quatre Poches<\/a>, a respite centre that provides temporary accommodation for children aged 3 to 20 who have intellectual disabilities or pervasive developmental disorders. This gives their families some time for rest and relaxation. 
\nFollowing the event, more than $1,650 was donated to the organization. 
\nCongratulations to the organizing team and the employees who attended the breakfast. <\/p>\n

•    Toy drives<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maryam, Jaykhumar and Islam, at our Markham, Scarborough and London offices, organized various fundraisers and toy drives for Toys for Tots and Toronto Firefighters.  
\nThanks to their efforts and that of their teams, many orphaned or disadvantaged children were treated to a little Christmas cheer! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

•    Presentation of cheques <\/strong><\/p>\n

During December, our Winsafe teams made two donations of $1,000 each to two Woodstock organizations: 
\n–    Beginning Family Service<\/em><\/a>s, which provides advisory services for pregnancy and adoption. 
\n–     Operation Sharing – The Inn<\/a>, which provides a safe, warm place for people aged 16 years and up, who do not have a place to sleep. In addition to accommodation, the Inn provides breakfast and supper. 
\nThanks to Winsafe for supporting local organizations in need!<\/p>\n

¡Los duendes de AGF!<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Con la llegada de navidad se realizaron numerosas actividades en varias de nuestras divisiones:<\/p>\n

•    Desayuno navideño<\/strong>
\nEl pasado 20 de diciembre se realizó el tradicional desayuno navideño en Longueuil. Implantada desde hace varios años ya, esta actividad de recaudación de fondos les permite a todos los empleados de Longueuil reunirse antes de navidad para un magnífico desayuno.
\nEste año, los donativos recaudados serán entregados al “Centre Répit-Dépannage Aux Quatre Poches<\/a>”, un centro que alberga temporalmente a niños entre 3 y 20 años con deficiencias intelectuales o un trastorno generalizado del desarrollo. Este servicio les permite a las familias de estos niños tener un momento de descanso y relajación. <\/p>\n

Gracias a este desayuno, ¡el organismo recibió más de 1650 CAD!  Felicidades al equipo organizador y a los empleados presentes.<\/p>\n

•    Colectas de juguetes<\/strong>
\nMaryam, Jaykhumar e Islam organizaron, en nuestras oficinas de Markham, Scarborough y London varias actividades para recaudar fondos y juguetes en beneficio de dos organismos: “Toys For Tots” y los bomberos de Toronto.
\nGracias a ellos y a sus equipos, muchos niños huérfanos de medios desfavorecidos ¡pudieron ser consentidos en navidad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

•    Entregas de cheques <\/strong>
\nDurante diciembre, nuestros equipos de Winsafe efectuaron dos donativos de 1000 CAD cada uno a un par de organismos en Woodstock: 
\n      –    “Beginning Family Services”<\/em><\/a> quien ofrece servicios de consultación en lo tocante a embarazos y adopción.
\n      –    “Operation Sharing – The Inn<\/a>” quien proporciona un lugar seguro, cubierto, para las personas de 16 años y más que no tienen en donde dormir. Además de alojamiento, el albergue proporciona una cena y un desayuno. <\/p>\n
