This past year was an amazing one for AGF Group, in which we spearheaded many major organizational initiatives and construction projects.<\/p>\n

Highlights from 2019:<\/p>\n

•    the opening of the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge, definitely one of our proudest achievements!
\n•    the unification of our Ontario divisions under a single banner: AGF – Rebar Inc. In addition, AGF – C&T Rebar Inc. qui devient AGF- Reinforcing Inc.
\n•    succession preparations: identifying critical positions in the company, employees with strong potential who wish to advance their careers in the Group and recruiting outside talents. This included the appointment of Maxime Gendron, Eng., <\/em>as Chief Operations Officer<\/em>, Catherine Gendron as Chief Culture Officer<\/em>, and Joe Golden, PE, MBA, MSCE as Senior VP for Ontario and Western Canada;<\/em>
\n•    our continued development on the international scene, with the growth of our divisions in India and South America;
\n•    a record year for the number of orders;
\n•    the development of our Continuous Improvement department.<\/p>\n

All of this was made possible by the concerted efforts of the Group’s employees!<\/p>\n

In this first month of the new year, I would like to wish our colleagues, customers, partners and friends of AGF Group a happy and prosperous 2020. May it be synonymous with success and professional and personal development.<\/p>\n

Together, let’s keep writing AGF’s history.<\/p>\n

2019: ¡Un Grand Cru!<\/h2>\n

El 2019 fue un año excepcional para Grupo AGF en lo referente a los proyectos organizacionales importantes y a las obras que llevamos a cabo.<\/p>\n

En efecto, en el 2019:<\/p>\n

•    Se inauguró el Puente Samuel-De-Champlain, el cual es sin duda parte ¡de nuestros más grandes orgullos!
\n•    Se unieron los nombres de nuestras divisiones de Ontario, las cuales se reagruparon para formar una marca única: AGF – Rebar Inc. Igualmente, AGF – C&T Rebar Inc. qui devient AGF- Reinforcing Inc.
\n•    Se empezó a preparar el relevo, por medio de la identificación de puestos cruciales para la empresa y de empleados con alto potencial que desean evolucionar en el Grupo, y de la contratación de talentos en el exterior.
\n•    Se nominó, como parte de este relevo, a Maxime Gendron, Ing., para el puesto de Director de Operaciones de Grupo AGF, a Catherine Gendron para el puesto de Directora, Cultura Organizacional, y a Joe Golden para el puesto de Vicepresidente Principal, Ontario y oeste de Canadá.
\n•    Se continuó nuestro desarrollo internacional con el crecimiento de nuestras divisiones en India y en Sudamérica.
\n•    Se logró ser uno de los años con el nivel más elevado de pedidos.
\n•    Se alcanzó un auge en el servicio de mejora continua.<\/p>\n

Todo esto ha sido posible ¡gracias al trabajo de todos los empleados del Grupo!<\/p>\n

En este primer mes de 2020, permítanme, estimados colaboradores, clientes, socios y amigos de Grupo AGF, desearles un feliz y buen año 2020; que sea sinónimo de éxito y de realización profesional y personal.<\/p>\n
