What is the hardest part of managing the company’s expansion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Whether it is an acquisition or a partnership, the hardest—and most important—thing is to fully integrate the new teams into those of the Group. This must be done without eliminating the characteristics that made these teams successful in the past. Instead, they must be provided with maximum support so they have the means to thrive.<\/p>\n

It’s relatively easy if we’re talking about finance, steel procurement, technical assistance, support from the internal legal team and the HR and communications teams. Where it becomes more difficult is in understanding the subtleties of each market, its customers and its contractors, etc.<\/p>\n

Our greatest successes have resulted from our ongoing efforts to ensure successful integration. It’s the most difficult but also the most rewarding part of the equation.<\/p>\n

 ¿Qué es lo más difícil en la gestión de la expansión de la empresa?<\/h2>\n

Ya sea que se trate de una adquisición o de una sociedad, lo más difícil, y al mismo tiempo lo más importante, es lograr una integración completa de los equipos de nuevos colaboradores con los del Grupo. Esto debe realizarse sin perder las características que han hecho que estos equipos hayan tenido éxito en el pasado, y darles los medios para desarrollarse, ofreciéndoles el máximo de apoyo.<\/p>\n

Es relativamente fácil cuando hablamos de finanzas, de compra de acero, de asistencia técnica, de apoyo del equipo legal interno, de los equipos de recursos humanos y de comunicación. Lo que es más difícil, es comprender los matices de cada mercado, los clientes, etc.<\/p>\n

Nuestros más grandes éxitos han sido el fruto de los esfuerzos constantes para lograr la integración. Eso es lo más difícil, pero también lo más gratificante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
