This month, I’ve selected the following question : <\/p>\n

“If you had the opportunity, what other job in the company would you like to do for a day?”<\/h2>\n

I know it’s very demanding, but I would love to spend a day as a job site foreman. I really enjoy the teamwork that is a key part of the foreman’s job. Also, I think it would be very motivating to be the direct link between my company and the customer, and to coordinate with all those involved (drafting room, plant, transport, other trades, the superintendent, the health and safety people, etc.)<\/p>\n

When I began my engineering career, I was much more likely to be on a construction site. Getting out of the office and being “in the great outdoors” always appealed to me.<\/p>\n

I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank all of AGF Group’s site foremen.<\/p>\n

“Si tuviera la posibilidad de ejercer otro trabajo en su empresa por un día ¿cuál sería?”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sé que es un trabajo muy exigente, pero me encantaría volverme encargado de obra por un día. Me gusta mucho el trabajo de equipo en el que se basa este trabajo. También me gusta el lazo directo entre la empresa y el cliente, y garantizar una coordinación con todos los participantes (la sala de diseño, la fábrica, los transportes, las demás ocupaciones, el superintendente, los participantes en salud y seguridad, etc.); me parece muy motivador.<\/p>\n

Al principio de mi carrera de ingeniero, tenía con más frecuencia la ocasión de estar en una obra y el hecho de salir de la oficina y estar al aire libre siempre me atrajo.<\/p>\n
