Deconfinement: this new word has suddenly come into our vocabulary. Some people are looking forward to it, while others are afraid of it. It’s hard to think about tomorrow, but when our thoughts wander beyond the present, it’s difficult to imagine the world “after” this drastic period of confinement. <\/p>\n

How will we cope with everything we hear every day? We will face new realities in both our professional and private lives, and we can expect to deal with different scenarios: <\/p>\n

– confronting fear;
\n– avoid developing a social phobia;
\n– learning to live with the virus;
\n– maintaining new habits and changing others.<\/p>\n

The return to work at AGF<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Quebec, which had been at a standstill for several weeks (unlike most other provinces), we were able to return to work at our plants and construction sites on May 11. 
\nWe have put together all the conditions for work to resume under the best possible circumstances. Many measures have been taken to ensure this is done responsibly and safely: 
\n– encouraging as many people as possible to work from home; 
\n– arranging schedules by department to limit the number of people in the workplace at a given time;
\n– providing personal protection equipment and disinfectants. 
\nThe maintenance teams at our facilities are working hard to provide us with a clean environment every day. <\/p>\n

We are aware that we will have to learn how to adapt to preventive measures. <\/p>\n

Together, we’ll get there! <\/p>\n

\nEL REGRESO AL TRABAJO<\/h2>\n

El “desconfinamiento” (o “desescalada”) es un neologismo que ha llegado a nuestra vida. Algunos lo esperan con impaciencia, otros le temen. Es difícil pensar en el día de mañana, pero cuando nuestras mentes deambulan a un futuro un poco más lejano que hoy, es difícil imaginar el mundo de “después”: el que reemplaza a este periodo drástico de confinamiento.
\n¿Cómo funcionaremos en nuestra nueva vida cotidiana? Deberemos enfrentar nuevas realidades tanto en nuestro ámbito profesional como en el privado. Tendremos que enfrentar nuevos escenarios diferentes:
\n– enfrentar el miedo;
\n– evitar desarrollar una fobia social;
\n– aprender a vivir con el virus;
\n– conservar nuevos hábitos y transformar otros.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, es inevitable que deberemos aprender a volver a confiar. Poco a poco reaprenderemos a vivir, una salida a la vez. (Fuente: Le devoir, stresshumain.com, La Presse)<\/p>\n

Regreso al trabajo en AGF<\/h3>\n

En la provincia de Quebec, en donde nos detuvimos durante varias semanas (contrariamente a la mayoría de las otras provincias), el trabajo en nuestras fábricas y obras reanudó el 11 de mayo.
\nReunimos todas las condiciones para retomar las actividades en las mejores condiciones posibles. Se tomaron varias medidas para hacerlo de la manera más responsable posible, garantizando la seguridad de todos: 
\n– promoción del teletrabajo para un máximo de puestos;
\n– horarios organizados por departamento para limitar el número de personas presentes al mismo tiempo en el lugar de trabajo;
\n– equipo de protección individual y productos desinfectantes.
\nLos equipos de limpieza de nuestras instalaciones trabajan arduamente para ofrecernos día con día un ambiente sano.<\/p>\n

Estamos conscientes de que deberemos aprender a adaptarnos a las medidas de prevención. Juntos lo lograremos.
