This month, I’ve selected the following question :<\/p>\n

“COVID-19 has impacted each and every one of us. What have you learned from this episode at AGF Group?”<\/h2>\n

The entire COVID-19 situation has driven home the importance of placing occupational health and safety as AGF Group’s foremost value.<\/p>\n

The main lesson I have learned from the way we managed this crisis (and it’s far from over!) is that team spirit has prevailed everywhere (offices, plants, worksites). It has enabled us to find safe ways to remain operational during this intensely active period.<\/p>\n

The pandemic’s longer-term impact will undoubtedly be for all managers not to take anything for granted: it can all can change quickly, we must be ready to adapt, and nothing will be achieved without the support and cooperation of all team members.<\/p>\n

This whole experience has brought several of the Group’s values to the forefront: Health and Safety, Determination and Teamwork.<\/p>\n

So let’s keep on protecting ourselves and our colleagues: it’s going to be OK!<\/p>\n

La COVID-19 tuvo un impacto en cada uno de nosotros. ¿Qué aprendió de este episodio en Grupo AGF?<\/h2>\n

: Toda la situación alrededor de la COVID-19 me demostró con fuerza la pertinencia de colocar la salud y seguridad en el trabajo como primer valor en Grupo AGF.<\/p>\n

La principal lección que aprendí de nuestra manera de manejar esta crisis (la cual ¡está lejos de terminar!) es que el espíritu de equipo de todos (oficinas, fábricas, obras) prevaleció recientemente y nos permitió encontrar maneras seguras de ser operacionales en este intenso periodo de actividad.<\/p>\n

El impacto a más largo plazo de esta pandemia será seguramente para todos los administradores de no tomar nada por hecho, que todo puede cambiar rápidamente de manera radical, que hay que estar listos a adaptarse y que no se logrará nada sin la aceptación y la colaboración de todos los miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n

Todo este episodio pone en primer plano varios valores del Grupo: Salud y seguridad, Determinación, Trabajo de equipo.<\/p>\n
