This month, let’s meet the employees of the AGF Group who have been recognized by their colleagues for their professional achievements. Congratulations to them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

– Stéphanie Allard, Pascale Callender, Maude Camerlain et Laurence Denoncourt-Bellemare <\/strong>(Longueuil) : The Human Resources team has had to deal with many changes in the payroll department, along with recruitment issues. They were able to come up with quick solutions to help the payroll team and the company in general.

– Tharshan Bakeerathan <\/strong>(Markham) : <\/strong>He is always very cooperative and helpful. He is willing to share his experience, to help other detailers to solve problems and thus move projects forward.

– <\/strong><\/em>Vithy Ponambalavanar (Scarborough)<\/strong> :  He is very supportive of his team at all times (even during his vacation). Although many of the employees in Markham’s office are teleworking, he comes to the office to support those who stay and make sure everything is right for them.

– <\/em>Barbara Serieys <\/strong>(Longueuil) : She made a vital contribution to transforming the Foundation’s annual fundraising dinner into a high-end boxed-meal delivery: quite a feat! Her attention to detail and the guest experience, her thoroughness and her very constructive way of questioning the way things were being done definitely made a big difference to the quality of the initiative. She was able to give an AGF flavour to an event that was way out of our comfort zone, while still in her first year with us

– <\/em>Tina Tian <\/strong>(Scarborough) : <\/strong>She <\/strong>is always available, reliable and ready to help. She works effectively under pressure and plays a key role in ensuring that the production team maintains high productivity. She also volunteered to disinfect the office twice a day to make sure everyone has a safer working environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

– Justin Voisard <\/strong>(Longueuil) : <\/strong>Justin took on the challenge of managing production and installation in the extremely difficult post-COVID context. With his energy and determination, we were able to increase the level of production and ensure impressive coordination and performance between our plants and construction sites.
