{"id":47062,"date":"2020-09-14T17:52:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-14T21:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/uncategorized\/heading-for-south-america"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:40:43","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T19:40:43","slug":"heading-for-south-america","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/international-2\/heading-for-south-america","title":{"rendered":"Heading for South America"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>On August 13, AGF Peru&#8217;s teams had the pleasure of welcoming Carlos Estremadoyro, who is none other than the Peruvian Minister of Transport and Telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit, he toured our manufacturing and segment assembly facilities for the Lima Metro&rsquo;s Line 2 tunnel.&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe Minister congratulated us for our work, but also for the safety measures we have implemented to protect our workers in the context of the pandemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate my team. I am very proud of them and I thank them for their work and the efforts they are making despite the difficulties facing the country.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I invite you to watch the video of Carlos Estremadoyro, during his visit to the construction site of the Juan Pablo II Station of the Lima metro.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"180\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-mrnkrjBAyg?rel=0\" width=\"400\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>TO AGF Chile<\/h3>\n<p>Our Chilean division is currently working on the construction of two hospitals:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Melipilla hospital<\/strong>: Located an hour&rsquo;s drive from Santiago, this 6,500 MT project started in February 2019 and 95% of the work is now completed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Salvador Hospital and National Institute for Geriatrics<\/strong>, in the municipality of Providencia. The initial contract was for 8,000 MT of steel, but the customer was satisfied with the work done by TOAGF and we were awarded an additional contract for 8,000 MT.<\/p>\n<p>For all the news from TO AGF Chile, <a href=\"https:\/\/toagf.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visit their website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2304.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Una honorable visita<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El pasado 13 de agosto, los equipos de AGF Per&uacute; tuvieron el placer de recibir al Sr.&nbsp;Carlos Estremadoyro, Ministro de Transportes y de Telecomunicaciones de Per&uacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su visita, pudo realizar el recorrido de nuestras instalaciones de fabricaci&oacute;n y de ensamblaje de los segmentos del t&uacute;nel de la l&iacute;nea&nbsp;2 del metro de Lima.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro nos felicit&oacute; por nuestro trabajo y por las medidas de seguridad implementadas para proteger a nuestros trabajadores durante la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovecho para reconocer a mi equipo, el cual me enorgullece.
