This month, I’ve selected the following question : <\/p>\n

“Looking back, is there something (a decision, project, strategy, etc.) in your career that you would do differently today?”<\/h3>\n

As many of you already know, my priorities as President of the AGF Group are sustainability, profitability and growth. These three objectives are linked together.<\/p>\n

More than two years ago now, Catherine, Maxime, Félix and I formed a Family Council. The main aim, as far as the “business” aspect is concerned, is to ensure continuity. My children realize the importance of being good shareholders who respect all stakeholders, and I find the Family Council meetings highly motivating and increasingly productive.<\/p>\n

So my regret is that I did not set up this Family Council much earlier. Had I been able to foresee the benefits of these quarterly meetings, I would have acted differently.<\/p>\n

“En retrospectiva, ¿hay algo (una decisión, un proyecto, una estrategia, etc.) en su carrera que hubiese realizado de una manera diferente hoy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Como varios de ustedes ya lo saben, mis prioridades como presidente de Grupo AGF son: sostenibilidad, rentabilidad, crecimiento. Estos tres objetivos están interrelacionados.<\/p>\n

Desde hace más de dos años ahora, Catherine, Maxime, Félix y yo mismo hemos establecido un Consejo de familia. El objetivo principal, en lo que concierne la faceta “empresa” es justamente garantizar la sostenibilidad. Mis hijos se percatan de la importancia de ser buenos accionistas respetuosos de todas las partes participantes y constato que las reuniones del Consejo de familia son muy motivadoras y cada vez más productivas.<\/p>\n

Por lo tanto, mi arrepentimiento es no haber implantado antes este Consejo de familia. Si hubiese podido prever los beneficios de estas reuniones trimestrales, en efecto hubiese actuado de manera diferente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
