Since October, the Group has been officially established in Colombia with the incorporation of Ferralia Group, which becomes Ferralia AGF, and the signing of a commercial agreement with the company Gerdau Diaco.<\/p>\n<p>Colombia represents a promising market for AGF Group: while infrastructure is scarce there, the Colombian government has announced major investments in key projects such as the first metro line in Bogot&aacute; and fourth- and fifth-generation road projects (highways, airports).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned in the coming months to learn more about the progress of our new subsidiary.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>AGF: a vector for social integration<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>October 26, Civil Construction Day in Peru, was an opportunity for AGF Peru to recognize the work of its employees over lunch. There was even a raffle for the occasion, with food baskets as gifts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s important to bear in mind that we do social integration work when we hire staff from the union in Callao (many of them come from disadvantaged families). It&rsquo;s also a way to give back to the community. Desde octubre, el Grupo se implant&oacute; oficialmente en Colombia con la incorporaci&oacute;n del Grupo Ferralia, el cual se convierte en Ferralia AGF, y el establecimiento de un acuerdo comercial con la compa&ntilde;&iacute;a Gerdau Diaco.<\/p>\n<p>Colombia representa un mercado en expansi&oacute;n para Grupo AGF: aunque las infraestructuras ah&iacute; son poco numerosas, el gobierno colombiano anunci&oacute; inversiones considerables para proyectos importantes como la primera l&iacute;nea del metro de Bogot&aacute;, e incluso proyectos viales de cuarta y quinta generaci&oacute;n (autopistas, aeropuertos).<\/p>\n<p>En los pr&oacute;ximos meses le daremos a conocer los progresos de nuestra nueva sucursal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AGF, vector de integraci&oacute;n social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El 26 de octubre pasado fue el d&iacute;a de la Construcci&oacute;n civil en Per&uacute;. Fue la oportunidad para que AGF Per&uacute; reconociera la labor de sus trabajadores durante un almuerzo. Para la ocasi&oacute;n, se organiz&oacute; una t&oacute;mbola con canastas de alimentos como regalo.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Hay que recordar que realizamos un trabajo de integraci&oacute;n social cuando contratamos personal del sindicato de Callao (muchos de ellos vienen de familias desfavorecidas) y tambi&eacute;n es una manera de devolverle a la comunidad.
