{"id":47264,"date":"2020-11-13T04:45:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T09:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/uncategorized\/pre-shift-huddle-procedure"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:41:34","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T19:41:34","slug":"pre-shift-huddle-procedure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/health-and-safety\/pre-shift-huddle-procedure","title":{"rendered":"Pre-shift huddle procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Within the AGF Group, one of the fundamental values &#8203;&#8203;is health and safety.<br \/>\nWe like to point out that health and safety is not just the absence of incidents, but the presence of a positive safety culture.<\/p>\n<p>Our employees have a major contributory effect on the success of the business in 3 distinct factors: Safety (S), Attainment (A), and Quality (Q). It is extremely important that we communicate this message regularly so they know what they are doing is guiding their team and the business down the path of success.<\/p>\n<p>So, in our Ontario divisions, and in Calgary, we have implemented pre-shift huddle procedure, which takes the form of a 10-15 minutes meeting around the following three axes:<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;<strong>Safety <\/strong>: talk about the incidents from the day before, those that were avoided, and see what improvements are possible. The prevention message of the day is also broadcast.<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;<strong>Attainment<\/strong>: define what are the priorities of the day, what is to be delivered.<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;<strong>Quality<\/strong> : discuss any quality issues and initiatives taken to improve it.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the example of the video made in Kitchener :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"280\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P0D3STYg3mE\" width=\"400\"><\/iframe>&#8203;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2322.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Procedimiento de reagrupamiento <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dentro de Grupo AGF, uno de los valores fundamentales es la salud y la seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Nos gusta reiterar que la salud y seguridad no es solamente la ausencia de incidentes, sino tambi&eacute;n la presencia de una cultura de seguridad positiva.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros empleados contribuyen enormemente al &eacute;xito de la empresa por medio de tres factores distintos: la seguridad (S), la realizaci&oacute;n (R) y la calidad (C). Es extremadamente importante que este mensaje sea comunicado regularmente a nuestros empleados para que sepan que lo que hacen gu&iacute;a a su equipo y a la empresa hacia el &eacute;xito.<\/p>\n<p>Es por esta raz&oacute;n que, antes de cada turno, hemos implementado un procedimiento de reagrupamiento SRC en nuestras divisiones de Ontario y, desde hace poco, en Calgary. Se realiza en forma de una reuni&oacute;n de 10&#8209;15 minutos que trata los puntos siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seguridad<\/strong>: Hablar de los incidentes del d&iacute;a anterior, los que fueron evitados y ver las mejoras posibles.
