Take this opportunity to rest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The benefits of sleep<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sleep is one of the allies of our health because it has tremendous benefits:&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8211; It protects your heart: If you lack sleep, your body produces cortisol, the stress hormone.<br \/>\n&#8211; It prevents weight gain:&nbsp;&nbsp;Lack of sleep increases the production of ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates appetite. The less you sleep, the hungrier you will be<br \/>\n&#8211; It boosts your good mood: A good night&#8217;s sleep fills you with energy and therefore puts you in a better position to face daily challenges.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8211; It strengthens our immune system: You will therefore be less prone to small winter viruses by getting a good night&#8217;s sleep.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Physical rest is important, but&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rest is not just a matter of sleep. Beyond physical rest, it is also necessary to integrate the notion of:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sensory rest: Limit anything that can negatively excite your senses, such as television, a noisy environment or your phone which constantly emits notifications etc.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8211; Mind rest:&nbsp;Your brain is exhausted, it will seem impossible to think. Go get some fresh air, take a brisk walk to clear your head.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In short, you will understand, we all need to rest physically and \/ mentally at some point. So let&#8217;s take advantage of these few days of vacation to recharge our batteries. We will thus be reinvigorated to attack 2021 under the best auspices.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2328.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Los beneficios del descanso<\/h2>\n<p>Las vacaciones se acercan para muchos de ustedes y, aunque normalmente la &eacute;poca de fiestas marca el ritmo de las festividades, este a&ntilde;o ser&aacute; diferente. &iexcl;As&iacute; que aprovechemos para descansar!<\/p>\n<h3>\nLas virtudes del sue&ntilde;o<\/h3>\n<p>El sue&ntilde;o es un aliado de nuestra buena salud, ya que posee inmensas virtudes:<br \/>\n&#8211; Protege el coraz&oacute;n: Si pierde sue&ntilde;o, su cuerpo produce cortisol, la hormona del estr&eacute;s.<br \/>\n&#8211; Previene el aumento de peso: La falta de sue&ntilde;o aumenta la producci&oacute;n de grelina, una hormona que estimula el apetito. Mientras menos dormimos, m&aacute;s hambre sentimos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Incrementa el buen humor: Una buena noche de sue&ntilde;o nos llena de energ&iacute;a, lo cual nos pone en la mejor disposici&oacute;n para enfrentar los desaf&iacute;os cotidianos.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8211; Refuerza nuestro sistema inmunitario: Estaremos menos propensos al contagio de los virus de invierno si dormimos bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>No solamente el descanso f&iacute;sico es importante&hellip;<\/h3>\n<p>El descanso no se realiza solamente durante el sue&ntilde;o. M&aacute;s all&aacute; del reposo f&iacute;sico, tambi&eacute;n hay que integrar las nociones de:<br \/>\n&#8211; Descanso sensorial: Limite todo lo que pueda importunar sus sentidos; por ejemplo, la televisi&oacute;n, un ambiente ruidoso, su tel&eacute;fono emitiendo notificaciones sin cesar, etc.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8211; Descanso mental: Su cerebro est&aacute; exhausto, por lo que le parece imposible reflexionar. Salga a tomar el aire; haga una buena caminata para despejarse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, todos necesitamos reposarnos f&iacute;sica y mentalmente. Aprovechemos estos d&iacute;as de vacaciones para reponer fuerzas y llenarnos de energ&iacute;a.
