Do you have a recipe to share with us for a great family treat?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes of course,&nbsp;I&#8217;ll share with you the recipe of authentic Cannel&eacute;s bordelais :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To make&nbsp;15 cannel&eacute;s &ndash; must be prepared 24 hours in advance :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &frac12; vanilla pod<br \/>\n&#8211; 0.5 L \/ 2 c. milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 g \/ 1&frac14; c. flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 mL \/ 1 tbsp melted butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 225 g \/ 1 c. sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 mL \/ 1 tbsp good-quality rum<\/p>\n<p>1\/ Place the &frac12; vanilla pod in the milk and bring to a boil. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk, split it in half and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife. Stir the seeds into the milk and discard the pod.<\/p>\n<p>2\/ Break two of the eggs into a bowl. Add the yolk from the third egg and beat.<\/p>\n<p>3\/ Whisk the warm milk into the eggs.<\/p>\n<p>4\/ Combine the flour, sugar and melted butter in a large bowl and slowly whisk in the egg-milk mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Once the mixture has cooled, add the rum.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>The next day, grease the cannel&eacute; moulds. Mezcle las semillas en la leche. Tire las vainas.<\/li>\n<li>Ponga dos huevos en una terrina, a&ntilde;ada la yema del tercer huevo y bata hasta que el color sea homog&eacute;neo.<\/li>\n<li>Siga batiendo y vierta la leche caliente sobre los huevos.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcle la harina, el az&uacute;car y la mantequilla fundida en un bol suficientemente grande y vierta lentamente la mezcla de la leche con los huevos, mezclando con un batidor.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est&eacute; casi fr&iacute;o, a&ntilde;ada la cucharada de ron.<\/li>\n<li>Meta en el refrigerador durante 24&nbsp;horas.<\/li>\n<li>Al d&iacute;a siguiente, engrase los moldes.
