March 31 will be Pierre Lefebvre’s last day on the job as he embarks on what we hope will be a most active, rewarding and long—very long–retirement!<\/p>\n

It was Pierre who built our Corporate Services sector, serving as its VP for nine years. He managed the Human Resources, Health & Safety and Communications departments and used his vast experience and his “step-by-step” method to make Corporate Services what it is today: an invaluable asset for the entire Group. More recently, he has excelled in his role as a coach and mentor.<\/p>\n

Pierre has also been a key contributor to the AGF Group Foundation since the beginning. His talent as a builder has once again been evident in helping to make the Foundation what it is today. Thank you, Pierre.<\/p>\n

For the next few months, in between rounds of golf, Pierre has generously agreed to serve as an external member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. We will continue to benefit from his many years of experience, astute judgment and love for our organization.<\/p>\n

Pierre Lefebvre, <\/em>constructor<\/em><\/h2>\n

El 31 de marzo marcará el último día de trabajo de Pierre Lefebvre: inicia su jubilación y le deseamos que sea activa, enriquecedora ¡y larga, muy, muy larga!<\/p>\n

Pierre realmente construyó el sector de “Servicios Corporativos” del cual fue vicepresidente durante nueve años. Dirigió los departamentos de recursos humanos, salud y seguridad en el trabajo, y comunicación. Recurrió a su inmensa experiencia y a su método por etapas para ofrecerle a todo el Grupo un valor inestimable. Recientemente sobresale en su papel de entrenador y de mentor.<\/p>\n

Desde el inicio, Pierre también ha contribuido inmensamente a la Fundación Grupo AGF. Su talento de constructor se afirmó nuevamente con su colaboración para hacer de la Fundación lo que es hoy en día. Gracias Pierre.<\/p>\n

Entre dos partidos de golf, y con una gran generosidad, Pierre aceptó participar en el comité de recursos humanos y remuneración, como miembro externo. Podremos continuar beneficiándonos de su gran experiencia, de su sólido juicio y de su amor por nuestra organización.<\/p>\n
