{"id":47552,"date":"2021-04-13T10:56:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T14:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/uncategorized\/pre-assembled-service-in-costa-rica"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:42:56","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T19:42:56","slug":"pre-assembled-service-in-costa-rica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/en\/the-network\/international-2\/pre-assembled-service-in-costa-rica","title":{"rendered":"Pre-assembled service in Costa Rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>After more than a year of research and work with its business partner Arcelor Mittal, our division AGF Costa Rica is offering a new product: pre-assembled rebar stirrups.<\/p>\n<p>Our ambition is to develop this service&nbsp;because pre-assembled materials are not highly developed in Costa Rica, and many engineers and foremen are not yet aware of the benefits of such a service.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-assembled stirrups save manufacturing time and reduce surplus materials.<\/p>\n<p>Manufactured using premium-quality steel and meeting both international (American Society for Testing and Materials) and national (Costa Rican Institute of Technical Standards) standards, the products are packaged in boxes for added convenience. This reduces costs and storage space at construction sites.<\/p>\n<p>Although there is no &ldquo;standard size&rdquo; that can be applied to all projects, five basic sizes are currently offered and available <a href=\"http:\/\/tiendaonlinecr.arcelormittal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We wish AGF Costa Rica success in developing this new market.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/etrier_costa_rica-7.png\" style=\"height:200px; width:300px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2351.jpg\" style=\"height:75px; width:450px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Despu&eacute;s de m&aacute;s de un a&ntilde;o de investigaci&oacute;n y de trabajo con su socio comercial ArcelorMittal, nuestra divisi&oacute;n AGF Costa Rica ofrece a la venta estribos preensamblados.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro deseo es desarrollar este servicio todav&iacute;a muy poco difundido en Costa Rica. Muchos ingenieros y contramaestres no conocen las ventajas que puede representar el preensamblado.<\/p>\n<p>Estos estribos pre-ensamblados permiten principalmente ahorrar tiempo de fabricaci&oacute;n y reducir el excedente de material.<\/p>\n<p>Fabricados con acero de primera calidad y conformes a las normas internacionales ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) y nacionales INTECO (Instituto de Normas T&eacute;cnicas de Costa Rica), estos productos son empacados en cajas para mayor comodidad.
