The year in review<\/h3>\n

The fiscal year 2020-2021 is coming to an end on March,31 for the AGF Group Foundation. It has been an unusual 12 months but we have continued to pursue our mission. Indeed, despite the context, we were able to:
\n– Organize a major fundraiser, Du Cœur au Ventre, as well as 38 fundraising activities (spearheaded by the ambassadors);
\n– Give $222 555,61 back into the community, for a total of more than $2.9 million since 2012;
\n– Support 63 organizations;
\n– Expand our team of ambassadors with five new members.<\/p>\n

The latest news <\/h3>\n

In recent weeks, Foundation has distributed a number of cheques: 
\n– $2,200 to the “Centre d’action bénévole de Boucherville<\/a>“, raised through sales at the Foundation’s booth at our Longueuil division’s Christmas market;
\n– $1,000 to “Les Impatients,” <\/a>which provides assistance to people living with mental health issues. The funds were raised by selling Yule logs; 
\n– $360 to Boost for Kids<\/a>, which supports young victims of abuse or violence. <\/p>\n

Resumen del año<\/h3>\n

El año 2020-2021 concluye para la Fundación Grupo AGF. Fueron doce meses particulares durante los cuales logramos continuar nuestra misión. En efecto, a pesar del contexto, logramos:
\n– Organizar una importante actividad de recaudación de fondos: “Du Cœur au Ventre” y 38 actividades de recaudación de fondos (realizadas por los embajadores).
\n– Reintegrar 222 555,61CAD en la comunidad; es decir más de 2.9 M CAD desde el 2012.
\n– Apoyar a 63 organismos.
\n– Ampliar nuestro equipo de embajadores con  nuevos integrantes.<\/p>\n

Últimas noticias<\/h3>\n

Estas últimas semanas estuvieron marcadas por varias entregas de cheques:
\n– 2200 CAD al Centro de voluntariado de Boucherville. Esto es el resultado de las ventas realizadas por el puesto de la Fundación en el mercado navideño de nuestra división de Longueuil. 
\n– 1000 CAD a “Les Impatients”, quienes ayudan a las personas con un problema de salud mental, gracias a la venta de troncos navideños.
\n– 360 CAD al organismo “Boost for Kids”, el cual apoya a los jóvenes que son víctimas de abuso o de violencia.<\/p>\n
